Spicy As-You-Like-It Crab Salad

Delicious recipe for crab salad from the chefs at @1800 Resturant

This easy recipe is sure to be a hit at your next dinner party!


Crab – Jumbo or imitation, around 1 lb
Apples – Diced
Golden Raisins
Pecans – Chopped
Celery – Diced
Vinegar – Red Wine Vinegar or Raspberry Vinegar
Sriracha – as much as you like

Put crab into a large mixing bowl. Add enough mayo to this to create a tough mixture. Do not over moisten.

Add apples, craisins, pecans and celery until you achieve a hearty mixture.

Add a splash of vinegar to loosen the mixture to your desired consistency.

Start tasting. Add salt and pepper, then add Sriracha until you hit that sweet spot.
