• Form a task force or committee with the mission of prioritizing problem tasks, assessing hazards and developing solutions
• Evaluate overall production processes to identify unnecessary manual material-handling
• Evaluate production flow for opportunities to maximize efficiencies and reduce bottlenecks

• Job rotation
• Job enlargement
• Employee wellness, exercise and stretching programs
