Lemon Rosemary Sorbet

2 Tsp Lemon Zest

½ Cup Lemon Juice (Fresh is the best)

1 ½ Cups Cold Water

1 ¼ Cups Sugar

1 TB Vodka

1 TB Finely-Chopped Rosemary (add more or less as preferred)

  1. Combine the lemon juice, water, sugar, and vodka in a bowl and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Pour sorbet into an ice cream maker and churn until it’s ¾ of the way finished. Then add your rosemary and lemon zest. Use a sharp knife to cut the rosemary so you do not blacken the herb.
  3. Finish churning, scoop out and freeze.
